The main fish species to be found in the lakes of Passelaygues ( Cransac ), the Gua ( Aubin ) and the Forézie ( Firmi ) is the black bass . This highly valued carnivorous fish is tricky to catch because it is very suspicious and ready to put up a fight. Please note that this is a no-kill type of fishing only.  See the video 

The beautiful river Lot flowing through our region also offers peaceful places for fishing lovers: they can fish there very bigh species, such as carps, pikes and silurids

They can also practise night fishing all year round
